Meet the Chef

Chef Diana Han is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu's world renowned Patisserie and Baking program and has been educated at the International School of Sugar Art (instructor Nicholas Lodge), and the San Francisco Baking Institute.  

Her incredible craftsmanship and technique is rivaled only by her genuine passion for her craft, and she constantly strives to bring happiness to her customers through pastry.  

"Moa" is the Romanized Korean term for "gather." 

Moa Cake Studio was founded in 2009 by Chef Diana as a custom-order cake business specializing in significant events such as weddings and birthdays.  She used the term "Moa" to convey her belief that food is the quintessential tool for bringing people together.
